What we collect
Your account details (name, email, role); what you provide to verify your identity, accreditation or company, including documents; the documents you upload to data rooms; the record of each NDA you sign (the name you type, your email, the version of the text, the date, your IP address and browser); technical logs needed to run and protect the service.
Where the data is kept
On servers operated for the service. Hosting location to be confirmed by counsel. Data room documents are encrypted in your browser before they are uploaded. Their keys are kept on our servers, protected by a master key, so the service can open them for the people you authorize and for our team when it reviews a program.
Who receives it
Our team, to review verifications and programs. Founders see who signals interest in their programs and who signs their NDA. We use no third-party analytics or tracking. Emails are sent through an email relay. To prepare the review of a program, the service sends the text of the documents uploaded for the program and for its company to OpenAI, which analyzes them on our behalf under a zero data retention agreement: OpenAI keeps none of it once it has answered. The details of this processing are to be completed by counsel.
How long we keep it
To be completed by counsel, together with what happens to NDA records when an account is closed.
