Who can use it
The service is for accredited investors and for founders of biotech companies whose identity and company have been verified by our team. Accounts are personal.
Accounts and verification
You give accurate information when you sign up and when you verify your identity, accreditation or company. We may refuse or suspend an account whose verification fails or whose information is no longer accurate.
Opportunities and data rooms
Founders are responsible for the information they publish. An expert score is an opinion, not investment advice. Investors make their own decisions and their own checks.

You keep the rights to the documents you upload and you grant us only what we need to store them and show them to the people you authorize.
Suspension and closing
You can ask us to close your account by writing to biondi.engineering@gmail.com. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
